5 Foods That Are Simply Amazing For Your Eyes

It’s not surprising that many of the foods you’ll find in a healthy diet happen to be great for eye health, too. Here are a few that are particularly good for your vision and why.

1. Leafy Greens

Leafy greens like collards, kale, and spinach are on everyone’s list of foods we should eat more of. Loaded with antioxidants, greens are also packed with vitamins and micronutrients.
